Refund policy

Returns & Refunds We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Email sales@peekaplay.co.uk with your order number to start a return — we'll confirm the return address by email. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
